Thesis summarizes data of comprehensive clinical, laboratory and instrumental examination of 328 patients with drug-induced liver and pancreatic lesions in patients having the healed pulmonary tuberculosis. We analyzed the peculiarities of the clinical course, functional and structural disorders of the liver and pancreas, the nature and severity of biochemical disturbances, the changes in cellular and humoral immunity and microhemodynamic disorders, the quality of life in patients with drug-induced liver and pancreatic lesions on the background of the residual changes after the healed pulmonary tuberculosis. Reasonability of application of staged therapy with hepazyl compositum and hepazyl or ursolisin and hepar-POS in the treatment and such hepatoprotectors as hepazyl, glutargin and erbisol ultrapharm in the medical rehabilitation of patients with drug-induced liver and pancreatic lesions in patients having the pulmonary tuberculosis is pathogenetically substantiated.
