Essay

The thesis is devoted to solving problem of creating an information technology of corporate IT-infrastructure management, aimed at supporting the agreed level of IT services for rational use of resources IT-infrastructure in virtualization and consolidation of resources. The concept of IT-infrastructure management was developed. Decomposition-compensation method of service level control was proposed. Set of models and methods of IT-infrastructure elements state analysis and construction metrics were developed. Set of models and methods of resource management in their deficit and excess was developed. Heuristic, controlled and adaptive genetic algorithms were developed.
