Essay

The work is devoted to investigation role of acute heart failure (AHF) as negative prognostic factors in patients with ischemic heart disease. Obtained data show that AHF is frequent complication of acute myocardial infarction, prognosis depends on duration AHF, patients with preserved EF have the same prognosis as patients with systolic dysfunction. AHF is associated with lover GFR, increase in systemic inflammation. The use of ivabradine and simvastatin positive influences on clinical presentations and frequency of cardiovascular complications. Patients with acute decompensated heart failure have worsening of kidney function during hospital stay. Administrations of sorbents increase GFR and use of quercetine reduces frequency of cardiovascular death and rehospitalization.
