Baryshnikova L. Long-term forecasting and state regulations of regional sustainable development as a subsystem of the Ukrainian national economy

Object researches are a process of government control of steady development of country. The article of research is theoretical and methodological, methodical and practical bases of long-term prognostication and strategic planning of socio-economic development of region in the system of government control of steady development of Ukraine. A research aim is development of theoretical positions and development of methodological bases and practical recommendations on the corporate strategic planning and government control of steady development of Ukraine on the basis of the strategic planning of socio-economic development of region as subsystem of national economy. Research methods: supervision, comparison, generalization, abstracting, formalization, analysis and synthesis, theory of sets, theory of the graphs, economic-mathematical design, scenario method, system-structural analysis. The scientific novelty of work consists of development of theoretical bases and development of methodological, methodical and organizational positions of government control of steady development on the basis of long-term prognostication and strategic planning of socio-economic development of region as a subsystem of national economy. Maintenance is first certain and exposed methodologies of government control of steady development as totalities of scientific theories and ideas, principles, methods; new integral conception of long-term prognostication and government control of steady development is reasonable in theory; methodical bases of research of level of stability of the socio-economic system are worked out; methodical bases of estimation of efficiency of development of country are offered.
