Chentsov N. Development of scientific bases and improvement of the maintenance system of mechanical equipment of the metallurgical workshops

The object of the investigation -- the prediction processes of stochastic failures dates of equipment parts, planning, preparation and description of completed repair works to restore the efficient state of mechanical equipment of metallurgical plants and providing them with material resources in the system of maintenance and repair (MRO). The aim of the dissertation is the development of scientific bases of construction of metallurgical plant MRO based on formalized solution of the problem of repairs preparation and their description after fulfillment, as well as the creation of methods and computer program of automated calculations, and on this basis to improve the system for maintenance and repair of metallurgical plants. For the first time it is suggested in any forecasting model the allocation of unified view of its part used to determine of stochastic failures date of the detail. This part is a component of the developed equipment image which contains the entire set of data about the equipment necessary for the formation of documents of MRO. For the first time it is proposed the formalized presentation of data complex about the planned repair as its markup used during the generation of any repair document. These and other solutions are used in the SPA " Doniks " under the development of the computerized system of maintenance and repair which have been introduced on the mill 390 of Makeevsky metallurgical plant. The scope of application of computerized system of maintenance and repair is the equipment of mining and metallurgical complex and machinery plants.
