The dissertation is an integrated research of legal, theoretical and some applied problems of administrative and legal regulation of business. In this research have been analyzed - ontology and epistemology of administrative and legal regulation of business, structure and the legal nature of administrative and legal relations in business sector. Forms and ways of administrative and legal regulation of business have been analyzed. The author offered recommendations for their improvement. On the legal and theoretical level the author determinates the actual problems of administrative and legal regulation of business in Ukraine and suggests their solution.
