In the dissertation research the problem of creating an information technology of forecasting cycles of development of integrated systems based on the model of electronic document management and forecasting techniques is solved. Due to the use of the method of evaluation of standard deviations of Kondratyev's trend according to the forecasting method by Yu.Kunchenko with the release of the correction factor of polynomial models, it is possible to construct algorithms for constructing the trajectories of trends based on the "matching" of Kunchenko polynomials. A method of presenting Kondratyev's cycles on the basis of the time series using the procedure of "matching" polynomials by Yu.Kunchenko is proposed.
