First , on the basis of research to study the homeostasis of the oral cavity, in 52.1 % of those in need of replacement removable acrylic dentures, established the presence of a number of disorders of homeostasis, ensuring consistency oral environment. First expediency evaluation of orthopedic treatment for complex index of adaptation to dentures and studied the factors affecting the rate. First, using evidence-based approaches, analyzes the significance of parameters adaptation period, depending on the major risk factors caused by changes in homeostasis of the oral cavity, which allows to predict the duration and nature of the adaptation period.
