Object is a process of transformational change in the food industry. Objective: To research and theoretical grounding conceptual principles and methods of state regulation of transformational change in food industry on the formation of its structure. Methods: a systematic and structural analysis of abstraction, functional approach, economics and mathematics. Results: generated methodological paradigm of government regulation of structural transformation in food industry, improved the classification of State regulation of structural transformation in the food industry.
