Object of study: pulmonary tuberculosis; goal - to identify pathogenetic peculiarities of pulmonary tuberculosis in patients who have suffered from the effects of the Chernobyl accident, and improve treatment of these patients by correction of metabolic and immunological changes; мethods: сlinical, laboratory, microbiological, radiological, functional, biochemical, statistics, bronchoscopy; novelty: new data on the pathogenetic peculiarities of pulmonary tuberculosis in patients who have suffered from the effects of the Chernobyl accident. For the first time studied the processes of peroxidation and antioxidant defense, the composition of fatty acids and metabolites of nitric oxide at the same time in different biological environments (condensate of exhaled air, serum, red blood cells, blood plasma). Established that pulmonary tuberculosis is the most affected red blood cells and biomembranes surfactant system, first expedience of co-administration Livolinu forte and Imunofan against the background of antimycobacterial therapy, which increases the effectiveness of treatment. Scope of application - medicine.
