The thesis is devoted to the detection and differential diagnosis of precancerous processes and gastric cancer. The pathomorphological, histological, histochemical, molecular-biological, clinical, statistical methods where used. For the first time, a special comprehensive study on the phenotypes of dysplasia of the gastric mucosa histological techniques and their respective genomes using molecular-biological method of ISSR-PCR. Displaying a basic value of precancerous lesions, chronic atrophic gastritis and infection of Helicobacter pylori, in the formation of precancerous changes in the form of gastric dysplasia and foci intestinal metaplasia. We study manifestations of the mitotic regime in various regions of the gastric mucosa of patients with chronic duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer, and infiltrative gastric cancer. The regularities and characteristics of the frequency and prevalence of precancerous processes in different regions of the stomach in patients with duodenal ulcer and stomach. Developed a differential-diagnostic criteria that distinguish them from stomach cancer. On the material and the postoperative stomach gastrobiopsy repeated over five years, is based on the position of the heterogeneity dysplasia of the gastric mucosa of the second and third degree, and find criteria for the detection of early gastric cancer using histological methods in combination with the method of ISSR-PCR. And the use of ISSR-PCR method to detect tumor cells in peripheral blood of patients with category М0 revealed the presence of the latter in 27,8%, which indicates a risk of early metastasis in these patients.
