The thesis is devoted to the solution of scientific and applied problems of development of conceptual, theoretical, methodological and methodical application of the provisions in the investment management of logistics systems. The object of research is the process of investing in logistics system. The purpose of the study is in the development of theoretical and methodological guidelines and rationale of practical recommendations for the management of investments in logistics systems on the basis of rational structures and processes harmonizovanosti investment. Methods: dialectical, historical and logical, systematic and functional, statistical, systems theory and systems analysis, complex economic and mathematical methods, the method of expert estimations. In this paper the author presents a general overview of historical transformations and economic peculiarities of logistics systems. The research evaluates the investment attractiveness of logistics systems. The results define the possibilities of logistics industry indicative appraisal within the framework of national economy. The paper also states key role of investment resources in logistics systems: from propensity to attachment. The paper identifies development trends experienced with regard to logistics investments, discusses means to trace logical framework for the research of logistics investment management, formalizes the relationship within logistics investment management system, and suggests the quantification of the disturbance factors in the logistics system, as well as the process of their neutralization. The author identifies the specific features of logistic large-scale or infrastructure investment. Due to the fact that logistics components are subject to potential variance, the researcher considers warehouse real estate and analyses the role it plays in logistics that enable the functioning of national economy. The paper also suggests forming investment centre as a part of logistic systems' infrastructure. The research represents the determination of the flows in logistics investment system, uses best practices and models to form an adaptive investment systems' control, substantiates entropy approach to evaluate logistics investment performance, and evaluates the cash flow of investment systems and logistics objects. The author outlines the determinants to effective state logistics investment management system and forecasts final project cost basing on anticipation management tools. Furthermore, the paper states the place of controlling concept use within the management mechanism to safeguard stability, and suggests a well-functioning harmonized management mechanism for continuously improving investment processes.
