Dubinina M. The management of the institutional and structural transformation of Ukrainian agricultural sector

The object of the research is the control system of institutional and structural transformation of the agricultural sector of Ukraine. The aim of the research is to study the theoretical and methodological foundations of the conceptual approaches and practical recommendations for the management of the institutional and structural transformation of the agricultural sector of Ukraine, which should enhance the competitiveness of the agricultural production and its adaptation to the global integration processes. The methods of the research are systematic one, logical, dialectical, monographic, sociological, subject and object, structural and functional, historical, mathematical and statistical. Theoretical and practical results: the theoretical and methodical approaches to the formation of the efficient management system of the institutional reforms in the agricultural sector with regard to the organizational and economic features of the regions were improved; the approaches to the management of regional agricultural production to enhance its efficiency taking into account the governmental influence on the economic relations, features of the current level of the national economic growth and world economy have had further development; the scientific guidelines on the improvement of state support of the agrarian entities of various forms of ownership in the conditions of institutional reforms to achieve the stable functioning of the agricultural producers and increase their activities' impact had been worked out; the institutional mechanisms and practical recommendations to improve the institutional and structural transformation of the agricultural sector's management efficiency with its adaptation to the conditions of the global environment were developed. The novelty of the research: the conceptual foundations of the systemic and functional approach to the institutional transformation of the agricultural sector of the economy at macro and meso levels, which are based on the principles of consistent optimization of the institutional environment were substantiated; the methodical approaches of the structural changes typology as a prerequisite for the path selection of the agricultural production transformation which is aimed at the improving of its competitiveness were developed. The level of implementation: the results of the research are adopted for use by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, the General Directorate of Agricultural Development of Mykolayiv Regional State Administration, Mykolayiv regional association - the Union of agricultural enterprises, private rental agricultural enterprise "Golden Field" in Novobugskiy area of Mykolayiv region , Zhytomyr State Technological University, Dnepropetrovsk State Agrarian University, Mykolayiv National Agrarian University.
