The dissertation deals with the cyclic multi-methodological system of pedagogical skills of teachers of Ukrainian language and literature in the system of in-service teacher training, which is theoretically grounded, in the unity of purpose, axiological, acme process, activity-innovative, management, monitoring-effective components, which is developed with the provisions of andragogical, acme, synergistic, axiological, praxeological, competency-based, student-developmental, integrative, hermeneutical approaches, etc., as a result of its phased implementation is the willingness of the teacher-philologist, to the new quality vocational and educational activities of professional creative roles and features and an innovative contribution to the development of professional community.
