OObject of research – the system based on lime and lime-limestone compositions carbonization hardening, wall products of various functional purpose and optimal technological parameters of their production. The purpose of the research is the development of theoretical and practical bases of obtaining pressed lime-limestone compositions carbonization hardening by establishing regularities of the process of carbonation systems on the basis of lime in the environment of elevated concentrations of carbon dioxide and formation of structure and properties of the material. Methodological basis of research of systems on the basis of lime carbonization hardening includes theoretical (thermodynamic analysis and mathematical simulation) and experimental research methods. Theoretical results are: developed theoretical concepts on the mechanism of formation and crystallization of CaCO3 at forced carbonization lime binding in an environment of increased concentrations of CO2; performed by computer modeling of the carbonization lime binder that allows the study of the process of carbonation systems using lime binder dry pressing depending on different conditions to obtain the systems and manage them; kinetic parameters carbonization hardening lime binder; regularities of influence of additives of a limestone filler on the processes of structure formation and properties of materials on the basis of lime carbonization hardening depending on the genesis of limestone; regularities of crystallization and morphology of the formed the carbonation of lime systems crystals calcite depending on the concentration of CO2. Practical results consist in the development and pilot testing: compositions and technological modes carbonization hardening of wall products from lime-limestone compositions. The results of the study recommended use: manufacturing of building materials; industry research and design institutes; in the educational process in the preparation of bachelors specialists and during implementation of scientific and research works of post-graduate students and scientific employees of the specialty 05.23.05 – building materials and products.
