Object of research - post-traumatic defects of the auxiliary apparatus of the eye (PDAAE). Objective: to increase the effectiveness of treatment of patients with PDAAE by investigating the anatomical and functional and aesthetic disorders clinic features, the development of new treatments and predict their effectiveness. Methods: pphthalmic , clinical, statistical. New data on the epidemiology of injuries AAE. Supplemented by scientific knowledge of surgical anatomy inner corner of eye. First anatomically justified reconstructive surgery of a new type. First proposed a comprehensive system of assessment of the AAE. First to assess the effectiveness of various methods of treatment of patients with PDAAE built multifactor mathematical prediction model. Developed and put into practice new ways of assessing the state of the age when planning oftalmoplastic operations, plastics hernial eyelids with prolapse fat orbit autoplasty large coloboma traumatic century, determining the area of ??the defect century, objective assessment of traumatic injuries by AAE, morphological and functional way treatment of PDAAE. Results have been implemented in 9 medical institutions of Ukraine, and the main provisions of which are incorporated into the program of lectures and workshops in 6 university medical institutions in Ukraine.
