Essay

The thesis is devoted to theoretical and practical aspects of the formation and development of the trade union movement in Ukraine, focusing on defining the functions of modern trade unions and the implementation mechanism such as a prerequisite for the implementation of actual security and protection of individual and collective rights and interests of employees during the transition period to a market economy. Determined that the establishment and operation of trade unions in independent Ukraine is fundamentally different from the regulation of these issues in the USSR. Since questions grounds, order creation, and ending activities and accordingly, the scope of authority. Analysis of the list of rights of trade unions and associations established in the current legislation of Ukraine on labor allowed us to determine the existence of such major areas of functioning as a refuge and protection of the rights and interests of employees. Second, the result of this analysis was the selection of two types of representation, which are divergent in meaning legal categories that terminology marked one term. To solve the problem of terminology and delimitation of union representation on union representation Procedure propose to introduce the concept of representation of the interests of workers unions.
