Essay

The dissertation is devoted to scientific study of legal principles of interaction between general jurisdiction courts, subjects of power authorities and public, particularly their methodological principles, contents, forms of such interaction, peculiarities and essence of their realization procedure. It was emphasized that interaction between courts and other public authorities are necessary and compulsory measure to provide state power unity. Such interaction is also a task that must be solved without violation of independence of such subjects functioning.
