The existence of a negative gradient of photosystem I complexes concentration, directed from the edge to the inside of the stacked aria, found. The existence in the grana of "atypical" thylakoids found, which, by the content of pigment-protein complexes and stacking power are different from purely grana thylakoids. Specific changes in density of grana thylakoids stacking were shown, changes of effective size of light-harvesting antenna and energy transfer in photosystems I and II, depending on the heating conditions.Based on the obtained data, the original model spatial and functional reorganization of chloroplasts is developed.
