Essay

The thesis of dissertation presents a theoretical, methodological, organizational and methodological generalization of the problem of forming artistic and mental experiences of future teachers of music and choreography. Poly-paradigm method and methodology to poly-modal theoretical reflection and the phenomenon of "art and mental experience" proposed also as tecto-participatory method to building organizational and technical system in its formation of future music and choreography teachers. Conceptual provisions regarding mental problems in the theory of science, which are classified based on scientific approaches to pedagogical research mentality, are generalized. The methodological and theoretical foundations of artistic mentality, the basic blocks of converged theoretical model of artistic and mental experience. On the dimensional principle basis the characteristics outlined organizational and technical system: functionality, procedural, quality, structural, consistency, quality management strategy subordination of education. Content of methodological, organizational, semantic and methodological components are grounded. The effectiveness of the proposed organizational and technical system forming artistic and mental experiences of future teachers, experimentally confirmed. Also its highly-converting function and impact confirmed on quality of professional training and professional development of future teachers of music and choreography.
