The thesis presents a holistic analysis of the problem of professional education of marginalized groups in educational theory and practice of Mexico and Venezuela. The work deals with the theoretical and methodological aspects of the problem. It is given the history of formation and analyzed the output pedagogical context of development of vocational education of marginalized populations in Mexico and Venezuela, selected types and attributes of illiteracy; determined strategies of social protection and employment of marginals, grounded principles that contribute to the development of professional training of marginalized in Mexico and Venezuela.
