The thesis advances a new multidisciplinary research approach within linguistic synergetics - diachronic linguosynergetics, focusing on principles and mechanisms of language change and development, and employing methodological integrity of philosophy, linguistics and synergetics. The main aim of diachronic linguosynergetics is seen in capturing language in the state of change, when the language system follows a non-linear path, through numerous fluctuations and dissipation leading out of chaos to order and stability.
