Chehovska I. Administrative and legal support of the state family policy in Ukraine

The dissertation is the monographic study of up-to-date problem in administrative and legal support of SFP based on the system approach methodology and assessment of accumulated theoretical and practical sources concerning formation and implementation of SFP in Ukraine. The paper defined the content of the administrative and legal support of SFP in Ukraine, determined features of the system of administrative and legal support of SFP, formulated basic categories of SFP.There was grounded a conceptual approach to administrative and legal support of SFP in Ukraine, which is substantially different from the existing ones. This approach involves key provisions in the content of state influence on the family institution and the administrative and legal ways, means and measures for its implementation. The key provisions concern granting qualitatively new status to family with its real guarantees from the state by implementing the state supporting function to create optimal conditions for the functioning of family institution, as opposed to the concept of direct or indirect state influence on family institution.
