Essay

Object: anterior endogenous uveitis. Purpose: to improve the effectiveness of treatment in patients with endogenous anterior uveitis by identifying clinical features, biochemical and immunogenetic aspects of the pathogenesis of anterior endogenous uveitis, the imbalance in the antiendotoxin immunity system, with subsequent correction of the violations by developing new and improving existing treatments. Methods: standard ophthalmological, biochemical, immunological, statistical processing and analysis. Equipment: standard ophthalmological. Supplemented by scientific data about the increasing of endotoxin translocation into the systemic circulation and reducing its neutralization in patients with endogenous anterior uveitis, as evidenced by an increase of the level of anti-LPS -IgA in 1.9 times and decrease the level of anti-LPS-IgM in 2.7 times relative to control. Firstly established that patients with anterior endogenous uveitis have reduced LPS-binding capacity of leukocytes, as evidenced by decreased the level of the expression of functionally active LPS -binding receptor of monocytes on 32% and of granulocytes on 22%, compared with the control. Methods for predicting of anterior endogenous uveitis recurrence and anterior uveitis treatment using enterosorbent and probiotic have worked out. Results have been implemented in SI "Crimean State Medical University named after S.I. Geogrievsky", Bogomolets National Medical University; Simferopol, Yalta, Kerch, Evpatoria, Feodosia city hospitals. Sphere of application - medicine, ophthalmology.
