Koval A. Development of mechanisms of formation and realization of State Youth Policy in Ukraine on the Regional Level.

The thesis is devoted to the scientific justification of theoretical and methodological principles, as well as to the development of practical recommendations for formation and realization of state youth policy in Ukraine at the regional level. The directions of reorganization of the management structure of state youth policy in the region are proposed. The basic forms of support for rural youth from the state are detected and directions for improvement of mechanisms of state regulation in order to reduce rural unemployment are disclosed. The systematic approach to improving the efficiency of state youth policy in the region is proposed and evidence-based practical recommendations for upgrading of regional youth policy are brought in.
