Essay

Object of study - is the process of allocating in the electrical circuit of a complex configuration of energy discharge, the prevent ignition of an explosive gas mixture. The target is to develop the theory of the formation of thermal ignition of methane-air mixture relatively low-voltage electrical equipment intrinsically safe circuits. Тhe analytical methods thermal theory of combustion and explosion is used, experiments of discharge parameters and in the blasting chamber. For the first time it is proposed analytical dependence of the discharge energy from the dynamic parameters of the power supply at the border of an ignition. For the first time it is justified a new principle of preliminary tests and the development of intrinsically safe electrical equipment, which is to assess the nature of the danger of sparking development of the ignition front methane-air mixture. Methods have been developed and designed by a technical document that allow at the design stage to calculate the parameters of intrinsically safe circuits. Implemented technical solutions to improve the efficiency of current intrinsically safe equipment. Key provisions of the thesis used in JSC " DIG " (Donetsk) , NGO "Light Miner " (Kharkov) in the development of a series of intrinsically safe DC power. Results of the thesis can be useful to create of new intrinsically safe devices.
