The object of research is the process of the industrial enterprise virtual capital formation and development. It is justified the use of the category "virtual capital of the company" as a separate specific type of capital, the tool to determine the optimal amount of virtual capital of the industrial enterprise is proposed, the concept of Ukrainian enterprises development using virtual economic relations is proposed, the methods are improved to assess the attractiveness of enterprises in merger - absorption agreements , the theoretical and methodological principles of the category "information resources of enterprise" are improved, there are improved the measures to protect the information in the enterprise, it is improved the organizational provisions regarding the establishment and promotion of the Ukrainian industrial enterprises brand, the classification of synergistic and anergetic (antysinergetic) effects of combining several types of virtual capital has been further developed, the modern techniques of intangible achievements enterprise has been further developed. Practical significance is determined by the implementation of its results in the activities of industrial enterprises.
