Essay

The thesis is devoted to solving an important scientific and applied problem of making of uniform methodological and technological fundamentals of demographic information processing systems, demographic information coherency control and its higher protection by developing new models, methods, information technologies, and architecture solutions for such systems. Main results of the work have been successfully implemented in statistical branches of Ukraine and Moldova while designing and developing a series of national information systems.
