Deliya Y. Administrative and Legal Aspects of Public Administration's Norm-making Activity in Ukraine

The monograph deals with theoretical and practical points of norm-making activity of public administration and examines the conceptual approaches to understand the category of "law-making activity" in Ukrainian and foreign law science. The models and stages of setting up local legal institute and the system of law-making subjects are studied; correlation and interaction of this branch of law with other systems and legal categories are analyzed. The periods of establishing and developing scientific knowledge of norm-making activity of public administration, the subject, measures and methodology of studying normative activity of this institute subjects are examined. The positions of relationship of the administrative law and other systems and legal categories are proposed.
