In the dissertation work the research is dedicated to theoretic-methodological substantiation of scientific foundations and development on their basis of practical recommendations concerning management of agricultural enterprises' competitiveness. It is developed the methodology of forming an effective control system of agricultural enterprises' competitiveness on the principles of proactive approach. The methodology of estimation of competitive potential is improved by expansion of its criteria by means of an innovative receptivity. We grounded conceptual approaches to forming the control system due to providing the unity of corporate interests in the logistic chain.
