Andreev D. Social and legal communication in promoting interaction between authorities and civil society

Dissertation research implements methodological, scientific and technological rationale of processes and forms of social and legal communication designed to provide democratic relations and cooperation between state authorities and civil society institutions. Based on the philosophical and legal definition of the concept, the role and prospects for implementation of social and legal communication, collation of principles, concepts, models and categories of scientific discourse of communication relations between state authorities and society it is proved that at formative stage of global information society social and legal communication as a societal phenomenon, social and existential, epistemological, anthropological and value measurements of which determine the status and characteristics of new state processes move to the forefront of social and authority relations.
