In the dissertation covers theoretic and methodological basis and scientific and methodological approaches to the management of tourist companies’ innovative development. Genesis of innovative development theories and economic content of tourism innovation theory are analyzed.Scheme and typology of innovations in tourism are structured, innovative activities objects, methodological basis for formation of tourism development innovation field as well as prerequisites and tourist company transformation vectors are defined. Conceptual framework of tourist companies’ innovative development management is justified based on definition of its goal, objectives, object, subjects, principles and functions. The results of structural analysis of tourist market development, factors of impact on national tour operations development, study of recent trends of development and implementation of tourist companies’ innovative technologies are presented. Imperatives of innovative development are justified based on the assessment of tourist companies’ effectiveness, matureness, importance of intellectual, tourist, client, reputation and communication potential. Proposals are developed concerning definition of tourist companies’ innovative development strategy based on formation of dynamic models, genotypes, principles, strategic goals and objectives of tourist companies.
