Oleksiv I. Groups of economic influence and methods of reconciliation of their interests in enterprise management system

The objects of research are the processes of selection of effective groups of economic influence and reconciliation of their interests while forming the system of management of machine-building enterprises. The author used the following methods: comparison, analysis and synthesis, modeling, expert opinions, multi- objective optimization methods, multivariate statistical analysis etc.. The theoretical value of the executed research is theoretical, methodological and practical solution of scientific and applied problems of effective selection of groups of economic influence and harmonization of their interests through integration into the management system of the enterprise. The practical value of the dissertation thesis is the ability to use statements and conclusions of the thesis in the field of management of the company. Scientific results of the thesis are focused on the integration of interest of groups of economic influence in the elements of enterprise management system, namely into the planning, monitoring and control processes. Developed in the thesis theoretical principles and practical guidelines are used to form the enterprise management system based on reconciling the interests of groups of economic influence. The scopes of copyright guidelines application are machine-building enterprises.
