Marysiuk K. Criminal-Law Policy in the Sphere of Property Penalties in Ukraine

Relying on scientific literature, legislative norms and other legal regulations and judicial practice, the paper systematically analyses criminal-law policy regarding property penalties. The author proposes his own interpretation of the concept of criminal-law policy in the sphere of property penalties as a goal-oriented activity of the state aimed at development and implementation of criminal law tools for combatting crime by administering property penalties to the offenders. Proposals were made regarding enhancement of criminal-law regulation of property penalties and criminal-law policy in the sphere of property penalties in Ukraine.
