Nazarenko D. Background Phenomena for Criminality: Phenomenon, Determination and Counteraction

The thesis is devoted to the comprehensive research of phenomenological, determination nature of the background phenomena for criminality, and to the development of the system of measures to counteract their reproduction. Criminological characteristics to such background phenomena as drug addiction, alcoholism, vagrancy, homelessness, prostitution, domestic violence, racism, xenophobia and illegal immigration are provided. Their main determinants are elucidated. Some propositions concerning further improvement of the system grounds and the content and ways of realization of generally social, specially criminological and individual measures of counteracting their spread of are made.
