Yakoviyk I. Legal basis of European integration and its influence on state-legal development of Ukraine.

The thesis provides theoretical generalization and new resolution of scientific problem which is in developing the conception of European integration, recognition of its legal grounds and main directions of influence on state-legal development of European countries. Historic reconstruction of evolutionary process of the ways as for the forms and methods of intergovernmental integration is made, main stages of the process of integration within the EU are pointed out. The meaning of the concept 'European integration' is studied and its main features are marked. The peculiarities of the ways as for the European Union legal nature determination are discovered. The system of principles which characterize The European Union and Member States interrelations are determined. The peculiarities of state souveregnity realization in conditions of European integration are studied. The forms and methods of the EU institutions participation in domestic functions of the state are characterized. General characteristics of the EU legal system is provided in the dissertation, classification of the EU sources of law is made, peculiarities of the legislation adaptation and harmonization as the instruments of legal integration are discovered, general characteristics of interrelations between The European Union and Ukraine in the context of its integration into the EU is given.
