In the dissertation, a theoretical generalization is made and a solution to an important scientific problem is presented, which consists in a comprehensive analysis of the conceptualization of the international legal order in the conditions of the socio-political reality of metamodernity. The dynamics of international legal development at the current stage of the life of a post-industrial society presupposes the development of effective tools for adequate response to today's challenges. The order of organization and functioning of all spheres of life is changing: economic, political, humanitarian, security, etc. The multi-vector nature of international processes indicates that the importance of ensuring stability in the world will continue to grow. The world community is increasingly convinced of the need to develop rational approaches for the collective solution of world problems and challenges, to create a balanced system of international relations, with working procedures of control and influence on subjects of international law, proper implementation and protection of universal values. The formation of the global world order must correspond to certain initial principles of the formation of the international legal order of the metamodern, namely: stimulation of the development of effective mechanisms for the dialogue of legal cultures of the legal systems of the metamodern; the dominance of universally recognized and relevant human values; ensuring a rational environmental policy; availability of effective procedures for supporting global security (cyber security); establishment of technologically advanced communication tools of international actors corresponding to the needs of the modern information society; legalization of digital legal entities; recognition of the expediency of the formation of a metastate and global law; technohumanization as a component of the moral and ethical foundations of humanity; rational ethics of bioengineering. The metamodernist paradigm of the international legal order is a theoretically grounded, legally compliant and digitalized model of maintaining a high-quality state of international legal relations that meets the requirements of the prescriptions of international legal norms and principles. In accordance with the indicated paradigm, it becomes possible to define the international legal order of metamodernity as a human-centered state of relations between subjects of international law, based on the fulfillment of the prescriptions of international, regional, national and local (corporate norms of TNCs) provisions and principles, organized taking into account the trends of glocalization and digitalization, focused on meeting the needs of the real and virtual worlds. In the modern processes of rapid development of the technological toolkit for providing the newest forms of communication in society, the formation of a global world order is also taking place, in which international law and national legal systems become closely interconnected elements of a single rhizome, the object of which must be the regulation of the entire human civilization. The global world order is a complex and multifaceted phenomenon that determines the relationship and interaction of various subjects in the international community. The multipolar system of forming the global world order promotes the diversity of international relations and opens up opportunities for the development of multiple diplomacy, collective security and cooperation. The increase in the number of strong states leads to the expansion of opportunities for international trade, scientific and technical cooperation, cultural exchanges and investments. In addition, a multipolar world allows us to more effectively solve global problems and face global challenges.
