Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the actual problem of development and scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological foundations and methodological approaches to the prognostic evaluation and formation mechanism of regulation of environmental-economic contradictions of the national economy. The definitions "ecological-economic contradictions of the national economy", "ecological-economic conflict" and others are proposed. The concept of forecasting and state regulation of environmental-economic contradictions of the national economy is formed, which justified the prognostic assessment implementation of the potential environmental-economic conflict impact on the economic development and the construction of state regulation of the relevant contradictions to create the conditions for effective prevention of environmental and related socio-economic crisis, and to ensure ecological-economic security of the national economy. The mathematical model of the regulation of conflict impact ecological- economic contradictions on the development of the national economy is developed, based on the theoretical-methodological approach that reflects: terms of sustainability development, eco-conflict situation, presented as differential economic game, the objective function of the ecological-economic conflict optimization through game-theoretic setting equilibrium states between the parties, as well as scientific-methodical approach to the evaluation of the relationship between social-economic and natural factors in the development of the national economy in its territorial aspect. The mechanism of forecasting and state regulation of environmental-economic contradictions in the system of national economic development is designed, based on the approach of optimal mechanisms for resource allocation optimization and compliance requirements of the Nash equilibrium and allows the motivational impact of management members of the ecological-economic conflicts within the rules established and controlled by state institutions in accordance with the principles of sustainable development.
