The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological principles and applied recommendations for the formation and functioning of organizational-economic mechanism of stabilization of the development at vegetable producing enterprises. In theory, proved the necessity of forming an integrated theoretical and methodological approach to identify the organizational and economic mechanism of efficiency management which involves determining the composition of criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the agricultural enterprises, which are based on the principles of sustainable development and combine the need to solve the economic, social and environmental issues.
