Pykhtin M. Administrative and legal framework for optimizing the functioning of the Internal Troops of Ukraine.

In the thesis the theoretical generalization and a new solution of scientific problems - optimizing the functioning of the Interior Ministry of Ukraine. The main result of the study was to develop the administrative and legal framework support of the Internal Troops of Ukraine, the formation of the basis of the proposals of theoretical, methodological, organizational and legal significance , evidence-based recommendations aimed at improving the efficiency of the legal regulation of the Interior Ministry of Ukraine. Optimization of Internal Troops of Ukraine is possible only on the basis of the legal support of the servicemen of internal troops, on the basis of existing laws and regulations. Among the latter, the central place should take the law "On the National Guard of Ukraine ", which would not duplicate or not substituted for the existing regulations governing the military service soldiers of internal troops, and would regulate public- service relationship associated implementation of internal military forces assigned missions and functions.
