The dissertation is devoted to research of features of administrative and legal status of custom agencies of Ukraine in conditions of administrative reform. It was done a historical and legal review of Ukrainian custom agencies development. Was found features of custom agencies as a subject of administrative law. It was determined an essence, structure and features of administrative and legal status of custom agencies. Was highlighted the main directions and forms of cooperation between customs agencies and other government agencies, local governments, public, international organizations.
