Dissertation is devoted to analysis of administrative-legal support of functioning of judicial system of Ukraine. The work specifies notion of judicial authority and its correlation with other branches of law. It uncovers bases and principles of organizations of judicial system in Ukraine. The dissertation defines essence and peculiarities of administrative-legal bases of functioning of judicial system of Ukraine. The work formulates notion and defines types of administrative-legal relationship in the sphere of functioning of judicial system of Ukraine. It characterizes administrative-legal bases of organization and functioning of regular courts and Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
