Korzh I. Administrative and legal framework regulation of relations in the sphere of national security of Ukraine

The thesis explores theoretical and applied aspects of administrative and legal framework regulation of relations in the sphere of national security of Ukraine. Based on the study of the genesis of "national security" concept, the term is given a modern definition. The thesis discovers reasons and states terms and features of the origin and termination of legal relationship between national security entities. The thesis identifies and develops a system of legal relations management and a system specifically authorized entities of administrative and legal relations in the sphere of national security, a legal status of these entities, special aspects of the functioning of the administrative and legal regulation in the field of security relations.
