Vavzhenchuk S. Problems of protection and defense of the constitutional labor rights of workers in conditions of market economy

The dissertation is a complex study of the problems dealing with protection of the constitutional labor rights of workers. The legal description of them is given, their features and characteristics are defined. Analyzed of preventive protection means of the mentioned rights, forms and methods of their protection is provided. Conceptually new theoretical provisions concerning the nature of preventive protection mechanisms of labor rights of workers, their relationship with each other are worked out and reasoned. Special attention is paid to the preventive-protective and protective (renewable) blocks of the protection, their detailed analysis and detection of both legal and practical problems in their implementation. Methodological and regulatory proposals concerning the problems of defense and protection of constitutional labor rights of workers in the current conditions in Ukraine are formulated.
