Essay

It is determined that patients with diabetes type 1, diabetes type 2, and patients with a combination of diabetes and autoimmune thyroiditis in 57.1%, 54.3% and 61.2% of cases, respectively, have a significant reduction in the level of vitamin D3 in the body - its deficit, other patients with these diseases have insufficient supply of vitamin D3. It is proved that a significant reduction in provision of the organism vitamin D3 in patients with type 1 DM and 2 types of diabetes and the combination with Hashimoto's thyroiditis with hypothyroidism, depression accompanied by disturbances of carbohydrate, calcium, phosphorus and lipid metabolism and, consequently, severe disease.
