Essay

Damaged elements of concrete and reinforced concrete constructions after long-term exploitation. To develop new injection composite materials based on polyurethane and polyepoxy matrix, to determine the effectiveness of inhibitor protection of ferro-concrete reinforcement, and to propose the technology for recovery of workability of concrete constructions. The methods of research are the analysis and modification of the structure of polymers, their physical and mechanical properties and the methods of mechanics of solids with filled cracks. The new injection materials are created to restore workability of concrete structures and the calculated dependencies of force parameters of injection are formulated. The technology is developed, the normative and technical documentation is prepared and the test-industrial production of the components of fluid polyurethane injection compositions is organized. The high effective polyurethane and polyepoxy injection compositions and formulas of inhibitors for corrosion protection of bare steel armature are developed. The research results used for enterprises "Lvivvodokanal", Tashlyksky "Energoatom" Dniester "Ukrvodenerho", "Ukrainian House" and "Zhytomyrteplokomunenerho" to restore workability of damaged elements of concrete constructions. The field of application is industry and housing and communal services.
