The thesis is the first attempt to define the meta-methodological foundations for optimization of the approaches to substantiation of legal normativity in the context of sociopolitical dynamics of the contemporary world. For this purpose a research has been carried out on key logic and genetic tendencies in evolutionary history of performance forms and problem-solution means for conceptual foundations of law, and also detected collisions and object irrelevancy of the use of classic approaches to its substantiation in the context of modern times.
