Essay

The dissertation suggests solution of scientific and applied problem of the formation of management system of the material and technical support of sustainable development of the state social sphere. Theoretical foundations of sustainable social development management are generalized. Methodological approach to the formation of the material and technical support system of social sphere is suggested, its essence is revealed, the structure is substantiated, the role in the development of national economy is defined, the principles and development factors are summarized, and methodological approach to the determination of the integral index of resource support of the social sphere is suggested. The peculiarities, character, transformation dynamics are researched and material and technical support of the state social sphere is estimated. Management system concept of the development of material and technical support of Ukraine's social sphere is suggested which is aimed at sustainable economic development in the context of globalization and European integration. A methodology of the formation of a model of managing material and technical support of the state social sphere is developed. Scientific and methodological approach to the implementation of organizational and economic principles of the transformation of material and technical base of the social sphere is suggested.The prognosis of the main material objects of the social sphere of Ukraine in the short and medium term is done. The priority areas of changes in the material and technical base of the state social sphere in the context of the transition to sustainable development are substantiated.
