The dissertation for the degree of doctor of agricultural sciences, speciality 03.00.07 - microbiology. - Uman National University of Horticulture, Uman, 2014. The dissertation is devoted to studying the introduction of effective strains of beneficial bacteria in the rhizosphere of plants and phylosphere, optimize the structure of the microbial environment of the plant and its functional activity, which activates the processes in the plant during all stages of its ontogenesis. Study displays ability of strains, which are bio-agents microbial preparations, to colonize vegetable plants, their influence on the enzymatic activity of the rhizosphere and plant development. Proved positive effect of rhizobacteria strains on the formation of epiphytic microorganisms constitution and sowing quality of seeds during their storage and in the next generation as well. Strains-producers of growth-stimulating substances provided a high yield of early production. Revealed, that the microbial preparations contribute to the growth of economic efficiency in early tomato production. Under Phosphoenterin influence yield of early production increased by 11% and the level of profitability by 47 %, compared to the control. Key words: bacterial strains, microbial preparations, rhizosphere, seeds, microbial diversity, introduction, associative interaction, vegetable plants.
