In the dissertation for the first time in the Ukrainian political science the public interests of the polish national minority in the political and cultural space of the independent Ukraine has been analyzed. It has been analyzed the components of the democratic mechanism of the Ukrainian Poles interests providing, which include governmental and non-governmental institutes of the political system of Poland, which contain the legislative and executive bodies, the institute of President, the non-governmental organizations in Poland, which realize support of the polish Diaspora, including such in Ukraine.
